Your fee stays fixed, whatever the agreed salary. Search, assessment and an evidence-backed shortlist are included.

Your AI recruitment partner

£15,000flat fee per hire · GBP

Pay when they start.
No upfront recruitment fee. No fee unless you hire.
No exclusivity to begin.
We can work alongside your existing recruitment arrangements.
Six-month replacement guarantee.
If the hire leaves or is exited for performance within six months, we rerun the search at no additional recruitment fee, subject to the role remaining as specified.

The guarantee excludes role restructuring, redundancy and changes in reporting line. Full engagement terms are agreed before candidate interviews.
